Post-Flood Stream Intervention Training

Conservation Districts and partner agencies presented Post-Flood Stream Intervention Training to municipal public works staff in two Hudson Valley locations in 2013.  This training program combines classroom and field sessions to familiarize highway crews with how to respond to infrastructure damage after a flood.  Several District staff members have become certified trainers, and the LHCCD hopes to continue offering this program in future years.
